At this stage of coaching, the client knows what they want and may or may not have an idea how to get there. Often, knowing what you want and going after it are two very different things. The courage to take the necessary next step or next best step can be daunting. With a focus on mindset and how the client sees themselves and their situation, we work together to identify the rate limiting thoughts and beliefs the client has and help them move toward a more useful way of thinking and approaching their particular goal(s). Ultimately, through customized coaching and exercises, the client gains the confidence they need to get to where they want to go. So rewarding!
